Social Good is a small but mighty giving advisory founded by Lisa Kingman OAM, to help PAFs and philanthropists maximise the effectiveness of their giving funds.

Lisa is one of Australia's most respected independent advisors championing social change for 35 years at the coal face.

Lisa was recognised in 2021 with an Order of Australia for her community and business contribution, and in 2018 as one of Australia's 100 Women of Influence (Financial Review)

Formerly CEO of Tanarra Social Purpose, Lisa led a team that helped hundreds of small to medium charities maximise their impact through the provision of pro bono strategic and financial advice, commercially valued at more than $3.5million. Lisa developed a free online Board Health Check to improve nonprofit board performance. The Health Check is now widely embraced, having been utilised by over 300 charities and social enterprises.

As an independent advisor to public and private companies for 10 years, Lisa supported 50 corporations and hundreds of charity relationships at an estimated value of $40 million. Lisa's contribution to Indigenous organisations, education, health, social justice and the arts sector can be felt in all corners of Australia.

Lisa co-founded not-for-profit Timehelp, connecting over 500 retirees as volunteers and mentors to students in public school classrooms. In 2014, Lisa merged Timehelp with a WA-based charity to become EdConnect, Australia's inter-generational volunteering charity in schools. It continues to thrive today.

Lisa holds a BA Fine Art and is a practising contemporary artist. Her volunteer roles have included non-executive Director of Gasworks Arts , Chair, Courthouse Youth Arts (Geelong) and founding member Housing All Australians. Lisa was appointed as member of Barwon Regional Partnership (Vic Govt) in 2020.

Lisa previously served as independent member of BHP Billiton Community Trust, member of Optus Community Panel, Viva Energy's Indigenous Participation Panel, Shell Australia's Community Committee and many others.

Her personal commitment to our First Australians can be seen through her contribution to the growth and success of Indigenous organisations, including Reconciliation Australia.

Lisa is a recipient of a Paul Newman Foundation Innovation Award for her charity work. Her clients have won several awards for their approach to social change under her direction.
